8\. PARENT/GUARDIAN RELATIONS

A condition of ongoing enrollment is the maintenance of respectful, professional and cooperative\

relationships between parents/guardians and Academy representatives.

• verbal aggression

• intimidation

• hostile confrontation

• abusive communication

• harassment

• defamatory behaviour

• public disputes

• disruptive conduct toward staff

Any such behaviour constitutes a serious breach of contract and may result in:

• immediate termination of the entire family unit’s enrollment

• removal from Academy premises

• cancellation of participation rights

• permanent exclusion from future Academy services
